1. How to Initiate a Return

The return process varies depending on your order status. Follow the steps below to initiate a return:

1.1 Order Placed but Not Shipped

  • Step 2: We will attempt to cancel your order and process a refund.
  • Important: Do not initiate a bank refund, as this may incur fees and delay the process.

1.2 Order Delivered

  • Step 1: Email us at [info@pendstar.com] to request a return authorization.
  • Step 2: Once approved, return the product to the address provided.
  • Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable service fees (see Section 2).

2. Return & Refund Conditions

To qualify for a return and refund, your product must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2.2 Service Fees

Service fees are applied based on the product condition and category. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the total order cost.

2.3 Important Notes

  • Laser Services: Non-refundable once delivered.
  • Stand-Alone Consumables: Not eligible for return.
  • Bank Charges: Any fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

To ensure a smooth refund process:

  • Include a packing list, order number, and customer name in the return package.
  • If returning the product yourself, email us the tracking number at [info@pendstar.com].

Once we receive the returned product:

  • Inspection: We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days.
  • Approval: If approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refund: Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after approval.

Note: If you do not receive your refund after this period, contact your bank or card issuer.


4. Disclaimer

  • Approved Returns Only: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
  • Return Address: Only returns sent to the address provided in your return confirmation email will be accepted.
  • No On-Site Returns: All returns must be mailed; we do not accept in-person returns.
