Once you've successfully placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any special requests regarding your order, please inform us as soon as possible, preferably before your item enters the processing stage.
For pre - sale products, after the client has confirmed the estimated product date, canceling the order during the waiting period is generally not allowed. If the client insists on canceling, and since the product may already be in the process of being transported, the client will be required to pay Pendstar compensation equivalent to 35% of the order payment.
Before preparing your machines for shipment, we conduct rigorous quality controls and ensure they are appropriately packed.
Upon confirmation of your order and receipt of full payment, a processing period of 5 - 7 days will commence. This period includes machine production and continuous machine testing to guarantee the quality of the laser beam. Once this process is completed, we will arrange for the shipment of your order.
All products not marked as eligible for overseas warehouse support will be dispatched from our China Warehouse.
