Shipping Time
Shipping time varies from 5-20 business days. Shipping costs are determined by country and product category:
- Machine: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or contact us at [email protected]
- Accessories: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or contact us at [email protected]
- Consumables: Based on some countries, we offer free shipping for orders over 15 pieces.
Important notice: Free shipping for orders over 15 pieces only applies to our laser consumables (protective windows, collimation and focusing lenses, nozzles, ceramics, sensor cables, seals). If you find that the shipping cost of non-qualified items is $0 at checkout, please contact us immediately to confirm the actual shipping cost.
Tariff Policy
For customers who pay offline, tariffs depend on trade terms. If the terms are FOB, CFR or CIF, export tariffs are borne by us and import tariffs are borne by customers; if the terms are DDP, all tariffs are borne by us.
For customers who pay online, export tariffs are borne by us and import tariffs are borne by customers. Please refer to the “Tariff Rates” on our website for specific import tariff rates.
Order Tracking
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.
After the product is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your order number, courier information and package tracking number. You can also track the order status via email.
We will also notify you of order modifications, refund processing and shipping updates in real time via email.
Important Tips
Please confirm your shipping address before completing the order. If you want to change the shipping address, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours after purchase, otherwise we will ship according to your order details.
If our products are damaged during transportation due to force majeure, please contact us [email protected] immediately after receiving the package. We hope you can understand and wait patiently.
The shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided on the checkout page or the email address used to register the account. If the email address you provided is invalid or no longer in use, we are not responsible for any risks or losses caused by this.
If you change your mind midway, please do not refuse the package directly. If you need to cancel the order, please contact us [email protected] and explain the situation. We will process returns in accordance with our return/refund policy. We do not bear the risk of lost or damaged packages due to refusal.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of the delivery date provided by the official logistics company tracking system, please contact us at [email protected] for processing. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for such circumstances.
If there is any damage to the package and/or the products inside, or any items are missing, please contact us at [email protected] on the same day and provide photos and/or videos so that we can work with the shipping company on your behalf.
After receiving the goods, if you need our subsequent online technical support, please check the unpacked items in detail and take photos, and contact us as soon as possible ([email protected]), and we will provide corresponding technical support via email or online contact.
